What is self-sabotage?

Self-sabotage is any pattern where you consciously want change but unconsciously act in ways that block it. This can show up as procrastination, overthinking, inconsistency, emotional eating, burnout, people-pleasing, fear of success or repeating the same relationship or career patterns.

These patterns are not random. They are learned subconscious responses designed to protect you, even when they no longer serve you.

How does hypnotherapy help with self-sabotage?

Will I lose control during hypnosis?

No. You remain fully aware and in control at all times.

Can everyone be hypnotized?

What does a typical session look like?

How many sessions will I need?

Some clients experience meaningful shifts in 1–3 sessions, especially for focused issues like specific fears or habits. Deeper patterns related to identity, trauma or long-term behavioural cycles may require a structured coaching process over several weeks.

Is hypnotherapy safe?

Yes. When delivered by a trained practitioner, hypnotherapy is considered safe and non-invasive.

You remain aware throughout and are never out of control or unconscious. The process is designed to support emotional regulation, clarity and behavioural change in a structured and ethical way.
